Construction Update Phases 9.5 & 9.6 - South Acton Regeneration

Due to recent progress at Acton Gardens the developer Vistry wanted to provide an update to you, the local community, on what will be happening on site over the next 3 months.
Works taking place on phases 9.5 & 9.6 - Adjacent to Acton Gardens Primary School
- External works are continuing across the phase, including groundworks, landscaping and footpath formation.
- Partial removal of site containers next to Acton Gardens Primary School took place on 30 March 2026.
- Full removal of the site welfare units is scheduled to commence during the week commencing 10th August 2026. A mobile crane will be on site to facilitate the removal of the current welfare unit set-up.
- Construction works remain on programme, with site completion anticipated by the end of November 2026.
Roadworks Update – Osborne Road
Residents should be aware that the planned works on Osborne Road, between Rosenberg Road and Acton Gardens Primary School, are expected to take place from July 20 to August 28, 2026.
A separate notification letter has already been issued (6 July 2026) to affected residents providing details of these works, including relevant traffic management arrangements and timescales. If you have any questions regarding the roadworks, please refer to the information provided in that correspondence.
Residents may notice increased site activity while these works are undertaken. Every effort will be made to minimise disruption and complete the works safely and efficiently.
