South Acton Regeneration – Construction Update Phases 9.5 & 9.6 

Acton Gardens Construction Update – Next 3 Months 

 

Due to recent progress at Acton Gardens, developer Vistry would like to provide the local community with an update on the works planned over the next three months. 

 

Phase 9.5 & 9.6 

  • External works are continuing across the phase, including groundworks, landscaping and footpath formation. 

  • Section 278 highway works around the site have now been completed. 

  • Construction works remain on programme, with phase completion anticipated by the end of January 2027. 

 

Residents may continue to notice site activity as the remaining works are completed. However, as the phase approaches completion, activity on site is expected to gradually reduce. 

Every effort will continue to be made to minimise disruption and ensure works are carried out safely and efficiently. 

Working hours on site are:
Mon-Fri 8am-6pm
Sat-8am-1pm.
