Tower Crane Installation: Phase 8.1 & 8.2

Dear Neighbours, 


Countryside Partnerships (part of Vistry Group) would like to inform you that a tower crane 
will be installed on site between Thursday 12th November and Friday 13th November 2026. 

To carry out the installation safely, a mobile crane will travel along Bollo Bridge Road and 
Strafford Road to access the site from 6:00am on Thursday 12th November. 

Below is a summary of the works which will take place over the two days: 

• Thursday 12th November: The mobile crane will arrive and be set up within the 
site boundary, and installation of the tower crane will begin. 
• Friday 13th November: Installation of the tower crane will be completed, and the 
mobile crane will leave the site. 

The tower crane will remain on site for approximately 18 months. 

The works are weather dependent and, if there are any changes to the planned installation, 
we will keep residents informed. 

We appreciate that these works, particularly the early start on Thursday, may cause some 
disruption. Thank you for your patience and understanding while the work is carried out 
safely.
