Wellbeing Walk

Walking is a great way to improve our physical, mental and social health. Not only does it give people a chance to be physically active outdoors and to utlise local green spaces for free, it also helps people to connect with and get closer to nature. 

Join us on Thursday 18th May, 9;15am meeting outside Acton Gardens Primary School for a walk and chat. 

Please wear comfortable shoes,  weather appropriate clothing and bring a bottle of water.
