Join us in Central Plaza this Sunday (12th May) for our Mental Health Awareness Week Kick-Off Event! The theme for this years MHAW is "Movement: Moving more for our mental health", so Energie Fitness will be hosting a FREE Fitness and Mental Health Session in Central Plaza from 11-12:30. We will then be joined by members of the local community who are passionate about all things mental health, to share local resources and host an array of activities for all to get involved in. We'll also be joined by our friends at Juicebox London, providing free refreshments to registered attendees.

Our home, the blue planet, ONE WORLD! Earth Day is an important day for our planet. Its a day to bring focus on sustainable living, and prioritising the world we live in. The theme for year is 'Planet vs. Plastics', highlighting the enormous negative impact single-use plastics have on our environment. From March 2024, Acton Gardens LLP, the developer for the Acton Gardens Estate Regeneration, will be commencing demolition of Jerome Tower and Osborne House. Demolition of these buildings is estimated to take around 6 months and will enable the developer to begin construction of the next phases of the South Acton Estate Regeneration.
